Reason ten. The most important reason, as the last point is we have industry leading design support, we’ve got an engineering team based at the factory who are getting to know you and your grow room very intimately. We want to know everything that’s happening in that room so that we can appropriately sized equipment and that we can ensure that you get it right the first time. It may seem odd or even frustrating to you the amount of information that we ask for, but I can assure you every question we ask is borne out of experience in this marketplace, and we want to be a partner in your success in order to do that.
I can’t size equipment on the basis of rules of thumb or of budget prices or of what an unknown engineer thought you might need. I need to do it. We need to do it ourselves. We need to be very confident in those selections to ensure that you’re getting the right product, that you’re not over buying or undermining.
Both are problems and that you’re able to to get up and running as quickly as possible. Again, we really want to be partners in your success. And that includes things like looking at your fans in the space, looking at your air distribution, even things like wanting to know the schedule of your staff.
Are you intending to run rooms overnight to take advantage of off peak power? How does that affect the room with the equipment sizing? How is that going to affect your decisions in the future? We really want to be involved with everything.
It’s very important to us that we know as much as we can about what you’re doing so that we can help you build a better facility, avoid some of the pitfalls that we’ve seen. Again, we’ve built hundreds of facilities, so we understand what people have done well and what people have done maybe less well, and we want to share some of that experience with you and ensure that your project with us.
